Myself & my boyfriend are young adults (20yo) who have started travelling alone loads post Covid. Hayleys packages and expertise holiday help has come in use multiple times now. From start to finish our holidays have run smoothly and we couldnt fault her one bit. Hayley goes the extra mile every time to make sure all requests are met (no matter how rogue some of them have been). Hayley has given us the confidence to book places we wouldnt of felt confident going to if we were to organise it ourselves due to how complicated logistics can get. Hayleys response times are rapid and she is very informative with explaining options to us. I wouldnt go anywhere else to book a holiday and I certainly recommend Hayley & The Travel Counsellors to everyone at all ages! Looking forward to our holidays this year booked Via Hayley!

We have used Hayley as our Travel Advisor on several occasions and have always been impressed with her superb and friendly customer service. She is always extremely helpful and polite whilst extremely thorough in her detail. You would definitely benefit from booking any of your future travel arrangements with Hayley.

We have just come back from 4 days in Prague organised by Hayley. Everything was absolutely spot on especially as our flights had been cancelled twice before we had even gone! Hayley sorted this out swiftly and without any hassle for us. The transfers were great and the hotel and location were perfect. I have used Hayley many times now and cant recommend her highly enough. Nothing is too much effort for Hayley and she goes out of her way to make sure you have the perfect holiday experience. Thanks Hayley!

I would highly recommend Hayley! She was extremely helpful, reliable and supportive when looking at all of the possible options for travel. I had some difficulties with my flights when I was travelling which I had originally booked in myself and I reached out to Hayley for help. Not only was she quick to respond but She also found me the most cost affective and convenient flights which meant I could relax and enjoy the rest of my travels without any worries or stress. Hayley sent through all of the details instantly which were really easy to follow and understand. I will definitely be using Hayley again for future travel! Excellent service!

I have nothing but praise for the dozens of holidays we have booked with Hayley over the years. From the minute you get a quote she makes you feel like her only client, she makes sure your holiday is exactly what you want. Once you book, all your documents, visas, attraction tickets and passes are printed out and given to you in a beautiful folder so everything is easy to find & hassle free. Tailor made packages to suit your families needs and she goes above and beyond if you have problems while away. Our helicopter ride was delayed in NY due to bad weather that morning so everyone's time slots where pushed back 2-3 hours, which meant we were going to be pushed for time to make our Broadway show. I called her panicking and she managed to contact the helicopter company and somehow got us to queue jump and get on the next flight. She's gone above & beyond on so many occasions, from booking us a table in an amazing quirky restaurant an hour off the beacon track in Amsterdam, not known to other tourists to the odd surprise airport transport being a luxury vehical not just a taxi, and the occasional free upgrade. From start to finish you feel like everything is taken care of & your holiday feels like a 5* holiday because she takes care of everything. From a few days away for a city break to a massive multi destination holiday, I now wouldn't use anyone else.
