Happy Mum Hypnobirthing

I attended the drop-in sessions for my third baby. Ruth has a wonderful balance of hypnobirthing and midwife experience, and I found it invaluable to have medical information mixed with hypnobirthing and relaxation techniques. Each week has a pre-prepared topic, so over the weeks all stages of labour, birth and preparation are covered. It felt fine to miss some weeks too, so there was no pressure. I did a hypnobirthing course for my first daughter, which was great, but I would choose Ruth any time. She is fabulous!

Such an amazing experience! Doing the hypnobirthing course with Ruth has given us the opportunity to be aware and in control. It has empowered me as a new mom to be and encouraged my partner to support me during childbirth. Thanks to Ruth and her endless energy and motivation!

I really enjoyed the session Ruth gave to me. It helped me a lot and I loved the atmosphere she created. I could sense she is also a midwife as she was able to answer me in detail.

Ruth had been awesome. We had previous experiences with other hypnobirthing, but the approach of Ruth in our experience was much broader. We felt that she was much focus on prepare ourselves for the moment and the different scenarios, instead of pushing us just in one direction as other ones did. Also as the father, I felt that she tried to made me felt a fundamental part of the delivery. Thanks for everything Ruth!

Ruth has an amazing ability to communicate all her knowledge and every talk with her has been so empowering and I see things different in many ways. I would really recommend to do the course with her.
