Due to poor installation and then plumbing issues, the toilet was a 'mess.' Morris and his wife corrected the plumbing issues and replaced damaged tiles and plumbing. Several plumbers, working 2 at a time from British Gas, had failed to sort these issues as they were too complex. The installations of every plumbing component, had to be redone. Torbay Plumbing and Heating came to flush out my radiators, make sure the central heating was working properly, and repair a radiator leak. They did a great job and explained very clearly how my radiators and the central heating system work, so I can keep our flat warm and spend less on heating. Very professional, polite and helpful.

Best plumbers in the world! Had a flush that wouldn't stop running. They came round, got it all apart (no mean feat), fetched parts they didn't have and got the whole thing sorted with no fuss and for far less cost than I was expecting! Nice people, explained the problem fully, took their shoes off indoors, cannot fault them. Totally recommend these guys, they are brilliant!
