Gerald and Kim, My big mistake was not employing them to sell my home. I am pleased that they acted for my buyers because they kept me informed from beginning to end. Gerald and Kim have been amazing during the process of purchasing a property through them. They have always answered any questions I've had, gave advice when asked and kept me updated throughout the whole process, chasing solicitors in the meantime to speed things up. Would definitely recommend.

Having recently purchased a property in Wellswood through Pincombe's estate agent, I really cannot fault the service I received from Gerald and Kim. The team complement each other extremely well and achieve a synergy. Gerald has a passion for property coupled with an extensive knowledge of Torquay and its surrounding area, whilst I found Kim's updates and attention to detail exceptionally helpful. Traditionally, purchasing a home is seen as one of the most stressful things you can do in your adult life. Thanks to the proactivity of this small, yet highly focused team, this was reduced to a minimum. 5 star treatment deserves this 5 star review, therefore I highly recommend Pincombe's.
