Jane was absolutely amazing!! They were 5 minutes from closing, she stayed on to help us plan and secure our dream holiday to Disney in America! Jane I cannot thank you enough for helping us, it will certainly be a 30th birthday I wont forget!

I've just booked a first time holiday abroad. You can understand the apprehension that comes with that, trolling through holiday sites endlessly for hours, it was stressing me out!!! However, after speaking with Madi at TUI in Torquay all my stressed was relieved. Madi is polite, knowledge and empathic to my lack of knowledge on all aspects of booking a holiday. She made me feel at ease and got us the right holiday, which we are looking forward to very much now. Madi also said that I could pop into to the shop and get all my documents printed and she would help with any other items at the time, which I will definitely be doing. Talking to a human is still by far the best form of putting you at ease and reassuring. I found all the info online on many sites confusing, you didn't know what you where paying for. All the information from Madi came through before close of business that day. Great service couldn't fault Madi she was great.
