All the staff are very friendly and Scott's passion for music is clear to see. My daughter bought her first guitar at a great price, thanks for the help and very honest advice. A store to be proud of (I wouldn't write this for my local branch in Kent).

Delighted with the service, staff are really friendly and helpful. Scott was brilliant, polite and super keen to help out. They gave me a great price for the stuff I selling and I got a great deal on the product I bought. I will be back for more bargains in the future.

Absolutely FANTASTIC STAFF!!!!!! And the manager was brilliant too!!!!!!! I run a business and perform all over the country (and world b4 Covid) and I went in to look for an Android tablet for my shows and got a Samsung tablet with a fantastic price!!!!!!! I haven't so much tried the tablet yet but so far all is good... I mainly really wanted to point out to the company or franchise that these staff you have are seriously a credit to you and i was so pleased with the service especially the girl who served us too!!!!!!!! (Sadly i don't know her name) but WOW I will definitely be shopping there again!!!!!!!

When entering the store which was very bright and clean .Arnold was ready to answer my question about a laptop as soon as I neared the counter ,he came with me to the display cabinet where the devise I was talking about was and went to get the keys to remove the laptop. He answered all my questions and gave me the benefit of his knowledge.
