I had a session with Alicia, focusing on imposter syndrome. Alicia was incredible at building up my confidence in my own abilities and smashing my self-doubt! All of the magic happened via zoom and I felt Alicia was very present even though we were many geographical miles apart! I can highly recommend Alicia. She is very intuitive and really helped me to reframe my thoughts into a much more positive light

Alicia can work miracles! Whether you're suffering from any form of mental illness, or you want to propel yourself forward in fulfilling your dreams, you have to check out Alicia's site and see if you aren't convinced to get in touch! I got in touch with Alicia regarding mental blocks and holding back in my desired sport, in only 1 session we got to the root cause of the problem and I haven't been plagued by being stagnant since! It has literally given me the freedom to feel positive and optimistic about the future as I no longer worry about being held down by the fear barrier. Her website was extremely easy to use and contains so much information about the amazing work that she does! I'd highly recommend checking out the blog page, it's full of wise words that I think everyone would appreciate reading. It is absolutely game changing to have discovered the power that 'self freedom' can give you. Even though it can sound too good to be true I can absolutely assure you that this works and it is a revolutionary way for people to unshackle themselves from their past, and jump in head first into a lifestyle that they have been longing for!

I was fortunate enough to come across Self Freedom and Alicia when looking for some help with an issues which had plagued my life. I had got to a point where I needed to do something. I had a consultation and booked a session of RTT with Alicia as I felt she really listened and understood what was going on for me. It was absolutely AMAZING! Alicia is so skilled at what she does and made me feel so safe and able to open up about what was going on for me. The session itself was really powerful for me and has completely changed my life, the way I view the world and my place within it has transformed. The recording Alicia sent to me after has helped to really embed the transformation. I could not recommend Alicia at Self Freedom highly enough, if you are thinking about investing in her services, just do it, Ive not looked back. Thank you Alicia
