        We were recommended to 1-Zero-1, we are on a service plan which allows us peace of mind that whatever goes wrong we are covered. I have decided to write this review after my most recent experience. On Monday I switched my computer on and it didn't boot. 10:15 emailed support. 10:45 computer picked up by technician 11.30 fault diagnosed (New hard drive required) 16:45 computer back with new hard drive and all programs, settings etc like it was before. If you want the best then I recommend 1-Zero-1. Malcolm Acacia Blinds
