Fantastic customer service and the going the extra mile. I went in yesterday just to grab a few things which they pretty much know everything about their products, and the next minute one of the gents in there came out with a balloon sword for my 2 year old son. This definitely both our days brighter. I can't thank him enough! everyone one of you in there are so kind and helpful, you should all be proud of what you have become!

I just popped into E-Cig City to get a vape kit and some juice. The staff where very knowledgeable about everything vape related. They helped me pick the Aspire Flexus Stik, which seems perfect for me. As a recently heavy smoker, I wanted something with a similar kick to smoking rollups but cheaper than disposable vapes. I'm very happy with my new e-cig and would highly recommend giving it a go if you're trying to quit smoking. I also got the larger 4ml tank to make sure I don't run out during the day. One happy customer :)
