I have only good things to say about this jewellers. The quality is exceptional and the shop is clean, welcoming and well configured. The displays are beautiful in all their glory! What stands out for me though are the staff. They are all so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You won't find a more professional bunch of employees, who obviously enjoy their work, which comes across in their customer service. If you are lucky enough to have Richard serve you, you will experience for yourself the 5 star quality Conroy Couch has to offer. Richard is an expert in his field and a complete gentleman. At Conroy Couch you get the sense that Mr Rowe, the owner, has put a lot of love into this establishment, it eminates from every aspect of the store and every piece of jewellery! I would highly recommend this business,. I've been using Conroy Couch for many years now and never had a single issue. On the contrary...Instead they continue to provide the superor service they always have.

!!!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!What an awful place DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We brought a gold chain for 7.5k when taking the chain to Birmingham jeweller quarters they said wed been ripped off by at least 3.5k when speaking to David about the situation at first he was going to see what he could do and then he couldnt do anything about it due to the guilt! they are scams, quicker enough to take peoples money but not sort out a situation!!!! Please stay away from here !!!avoid avoid avoid!!! go to a proper jewellers and get your items checked to see if they are even real!!!!!!! We were returning customers but now I think we will stick to Birmingham jewellery quarters at least we know what we are paying for there! Taking advantage or their own customers and as for there customer service well where do I start with that one absolutely shocking! shop at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought an engagement ring here after contacting the shop to explain what we were looking for. Richard gave us an excellent choice and we never felt rushed into making a decision. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Really friendly service and a quick turnaround on an inspection and clean of the item. Staff were even nice enough to chat to my four year old to keep her happy. Highly recommended!
