        Im afraid I cannot recommend Ocean Torbay Mini. I booked service for my mini online, then was called to reschedule for two weeks later. Fine. I booked courtesy transport, was told on arrival it was not available. Fine. I arrived at 8.30am and was told the car will be ready after lunch. I went to the reception desk at 2pm to be told they havent started working on the car yet. Appalling communication, poor customer service. I have been driving different cars in 4 countries for over 20 years, this is the worst service I have experienced. Wasted the entire day. This is very disappointing as there are many positive reviews online, yet my experience was negative. The person at the reception desk was arrogant. It is not their job to mislead customers and waste their time. Ended up spending ALL day waiting for my car to be serviced.

        My Mini was serviced here. A few issues: - Asked for a wash, car not washed or vacced. - Agreed a discounted quote, charged the original. - No vehicle health check report (always given to me at Sytner). OK other than that.
