We ordered a new front gate and side gate from Gates and Fences and are very happy with the results. Good communication throughout to make sure we ordered the correct sizes and the gates arrived swiftly upon accepting the quote. They also recommended a company to help us install the gates including the automation for the main gate.

Found this company online, phoned the order through staff very helpful knew exactly what I needed. Gates arrived a week later which was super speedy. The delivery company and Gates and Fences kept me in the loop with timings etc the whole time. In-between order and delivery I changed my mind on having them stained so I called and added that to the order which again was not a problem. So happy with the finished product. The only thing I will say is the stain we chose was medium oak ? It may be me but this finish is lighter than I had thought it would be..... Thank you Gates and Fences

Not at all impressed with either the workmanship or customer service. Because of being away on holiday I wasn't able to unwrap the gate within the time frame to return it. When I did, I found various chipped and rusty areas on what was supposed to be a brand new gate and set of posts. Looks suspiciously like wear on a second-hand gate and posts! The fittings supplied also weren't the right size to attach the latch. I've emailed and phoned the company but am still to get a response.
