Got our key stuck in the lock, really panicked thinking how are we going to lock the door, phoned Andy he arrived within 30 mins. Released the key, checked and cleaned mechanism all working fine. Very much appreciated his quick response, Andy is very professional and courteous, and a very nice man can highly recommend Andy.

Fantastic service today from Andy, arrived same day within an hour or so and even though the job was much bigger than anticipated, Andy stayed until the job was finished and had all the parts necessary to carry out the repairs at a very fair cost. My building over the past has moved making it difficult to lock the front door, he was able to adjust the door and surround to make it easy to lock.

I called Andy after losing the only key to my back door. Within the hour my lock had been changed. On the off chance I asked if he would take a look at my bathroom window handle. He literally had a new handle fitted within 5 minutes. Very reasonable. If I could have given him more than 5 stars I would. Thanks so much for saving the day!
