Said he could do our whole project but was clearly out of his depth ,as after only half done in 3.5 months, when he said it would take 30days , we then realised he had ripped us off thousands on materials and when we asked for receipts we never see him again until a week later on our cctv when he came and got his tools and stole a load of materials ,he only dose 4hr days and to top it off after spending he spent all our 28000 budget ,we had to borrow and spend another 5000 to get what he had done re-done because nothing was finished correctly so my advice is stay well clear of this untrustworthy conman of a thief and hes a scouts leader to shocking and disgusting Services: Custom landscape design, Landscape design construction, Retaining wall design, Drainage solutions

We had a very competitive quote from Simon to dig out an established shrubbery and lawn to provide a parking area. All completed on time and as expected. We are very pleased with the finished results. It has made life so much easier having this additional parking area. Simon just got on with the job, I didnt even have to provide refreshments!! He left the site immaculate. Thank you

After getting several quotes to replace my conservatory roof, I arrange to have Sunset Landscaping and Building Services carry out the work, and I am so glad I did. Not only was all the work carried out in one day, communication was clear, the invoice and quote was clearly laid out with how much everything was going cost. I have ended up with a lovely new roof, for a far better price than I was quoted elsewhere. Really happy and will be using them again.

Simon from Sunset Landscaping and Building, did the roof for our extension. We had previous builder on the job, but had to change due to them trying to suddenly charge a lot more for the floor to be built, Simon came and gave us a good value quote, and built the roof over the extension, and even finished couple days earlier than expected. We will Defoe be contacting him again with any further work in the future. Not only did the job get done to a high stand, no hidden charges or sudden large increase of price, but he is very professional and polite calm person. Thankyou Simon.
