I am very happy with Riviera Insurance. This was the first time I had to look into buildings insurance, and I felt very apprehensive in this new realm. Looking around at other companies and calling them was annoying and not always helpful. A broker company took out all of the hassle and stress from the process; I massively recommend using a broker company, but more than that, I highly recommend Riviera Insurance. The reasons why is due to Nikki - she helped navigate me through the whole process. She was calm, patient, friendly, professional, and just absolutely lovely. She always happily explained things and answered all of my questions. It sounds weird actually saying it, but a task that I was anxious about; became very simple, easy and smooth; due to Nikki - Thank you Nikki, i really appreciate your help, calls, getting the documents correct and accurate for us, and helping us from start to finish. We will be renewing our policy with Riveria Insurance next year.
