        Friendly service but small portions, grim coffee and weirdly flavoured ketchup. No cards.

        One morning I thought I would make the most of the weather and spend an hour or so working from a cafe at the beach. The cafe only excepts cash so I asked the gentleman running the cafe where I would find a cash point as I would be happy to grab cash and come back. He was pretty huffy as he provided directions, I didn't read much into this as I figured he probably gets asked all the time. I let him know that I would be back and was hoping to buy a few drinks and crack on with a little work. Unfortunately I was unable to as I was told that laptops are not allowed at the cafe because they "take up space" and "encroach upon other people". They had no other customers.
