        Bought a house on coverdale phase one, shocking customer service . Once you move in they don't want to know, we've been chasing them for 14 months to get issues sorted. One of the main issues is the water logged garden, it was a problem last winter and again this winter, all the grass has gone rotten and its just a mud bath now. All the doors don't hang straight, i don't think they could use less paint on the walls if they tried and the brick work was pointed poorly with loads of gaps. I think they get checked by stevie wonder before you move in.
