One doesnt go on a holiday to complain, for we have had some good breaks with G B tours. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, it was the worst experience ever, although we booked a twin room, in room 209 it was so small, it is a good job we didnt bring a cat, the television was unwatchable, completely distorted picture, the radiator didnt work, after complaining to an idiotic manager who didnt have the ability to run a dolls house, let alone a hotel, he tried to correct the t.v.gave us an electric heater which although hot, you could only have on for a few minutes, for it dried the air completely. Arriving for dinner at 6.30 pm we were served at 7.10 pm last course served at 8.10 pm the next evening we arrived at 6.30 pm. only to be told it was 6 pm tonight, so you are not entitled to starters. I could go on, but stay very clear of this badly managed dump.
