        Poor service at breakfast (twice) spoils the experience. Sometimes surly and inept or untrained staff with little or no customer service skills. The spirit of Basil Forte is alive and kicking here! Room quality excellent. Close to beach bit not directly on the seafront (as some have suggested). Situated behind the Premier Inn which is on the seafront and probanly has better breakfasts.
