        Great place to stay, lovely rooms which are spotless, such a lovely atmosphere, nice garden and space to just relax. Breakfast was lovely and Mark and Viv went the extra mile, and showed such kindness to me and my friend. They even made us a packed lunch for our journey home. We would definitely go back. Better than any other hotel we have stayed in around Paignton. I would highly recommend. Even the price is well worth it. Thank you Mark and Viv you are very much appreciated.

        Like I said before very friendly, beautiful well cooked an plentiful breakfast, only issue I had was our room was very small , but lovely shower , as I'm a large fella found the double bed a little small, but we were offered a much larger room choice of 2 which were absolutely beautiful, we stayed with our room as we were settled but I must say we were offered the larger rooms, most kind, thanks to you all
