Visited the penthouse for our Ruby wedding anniversary in January. Despite the weather not being kind to us we had a fantastic holiday.The apartment is in a great location with fantastic views and lots to do nearby.The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The hot tub overlooking the sea is an added bonus. Diane was extremely helpful before during and after our stay.We will definitely be back in the future.

We were so looking forward to our stay here when lockdown eases. Unfortunately due to the property having a shared entrance Diane had to cancel our booking. We were so disappointed as was she. I can only recommend from my experience and that is so positive - Diane is lovely, easy to deal with, very communicative by phone and not just email and when the booking had to be cancelled she refunded our payment in full straight away. We really hope to be able to find a date in the future to visit this beautiful property. Thanks Diane and good luck with the rest of the season!

Amazing Penthouse in a stunning location An absolute gem of a place Fantastic stay over the Christmas period. A beautiful Penthouse apartment, so very comfy, spotlessly clean, the standard of everything is excellent with lots and lots of little extras. Diane decorated the Penthouse for Christmas and we were welcomed with such a lovely Christmas hamper, it made us feel so very welcome. There is not a single thing I can fault about this place. * Beautiful views and breathtaking sunrises across the bay * Lovely Hot Tub with a view * Beach 2 minutes away * Extremely comfortable beds * Everything we needed was there * Outside Pool Area * Sun loungers * Parking * Shops/supermarkets all only a few minutes away Thank you Diane so very much for being the perfect host. You were extremely friendly, helpful, nothing was to much trouble. You made our holiday so very special. We will highly recommend this gem of a place to friends and family and hope to be back soon. We had the good luck to strike four beautiful spring days in this luxurious and spacious apartment in March. Without a car, we very much appreciated the central location. A 15 minute walk from Paignton Station made this a quick and easy trip from London. Goodrington Lodge is just a minute's walk from the seashore and a lovely park with a fun play ground, swan pedallos if that's your thing and a massive water park (that was unfortunately closed as we were just a little early in the season). Also in the park is a fantastic restaurant and bar the Cantina with great food and a family-friendly atmos. We'd also recommend the steam train from nearby Goodrington Sands station to Dartmouth and Paignton Zoo both within easy walking distance. In fact, you can watch the steam train come and go from the spacious balcony, while in the other direction the waves roll in. The penthouse has everything you need and is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. If you have young children then it's really nice to be able to stay in and still feel like it's a treat, and enjoy a hot tub under the stars when the little ones are in bed. Diane was really helpful from the first enquiry to check-out. Really, the perfect long weekend away; wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back.
