The staff were always polite and helpful. Food OK, bit more variety on menu would be nice. Location lovely. Few H&S issues. Had Fire Evacuation and was in Jazzi. Heard an alarm didn't realise what it was. Couldn't hear tanoy very clearly so didn't really have a clue what was going on. There was no ergency from the staff to evacuate. People were getting stuff from lockers. When outside not everybody had towel, I believe foil blankets should of been offered? Also sauna coals I think need a raised rail around them to prevent people from putting hands,body against it. Thank you

The staff were always polite and helpful.
