Probably the best hotel/B and B we have stayed in.This was mainly due to the hosts Paul and Cheryl. Do anything for you,great breakfast and afternoon teas and so friendly. Get Seaview room which we had and was wonderful with homemade treats left each day and was large room,if I couldn't get Seaview next time would still get one of there other rooms.Overall just about perfect and location is best in area quiet but with loads of places to eat and drink withen 2 mins walk.You can get parking directly behind hotel 4 day pass 25.will be back definitely Thanks Paul and Cheryl. :-)

Paul and Cheryl were welcoming and genuinely interested in us having a good stay. They were eager to ensure we had anything we needed and were just really nice. The room was large (Ellacombe suite) and the ensuite was generous and immaculate. I tried to find any evidence of wear and tear (not to be critical but just because I couldn't see any) but it was genuinely immaculate! To have fresh milk (in a small fridge) and cookies to go with the tea, coffee and chocolate was a nice touch. Two large jugs of drinking water accompanied the milk in the fridge. The bed was very clean and well presented (even the dodgy seagull print cushions and headboards) and comfy. Breakfast ranged from fresh fruit and cereals to full English (veggie/meat) with tea or coffee and was excellent. Paul was very good at being available when needed but not invasive and he was eager to serve which is great when you're a little bleary in the morning. Overall, a brilliant stay at Seabreeze. Our thanks to Paul and Cheryl I recommend obtaining a parking permit to cover your stay (link in Seabreeze website) but be prepared to register on the Torbay site and please note the website for parking is a little clunky/convoluted.
