Disgusting care, my mum has been in there for two weeks, she's caught multiple infections while in the ward and no one seems to be doing anything, trying to find out information is impossible, if you get through at all, I've been hung up on, ignored, I know the NHS is busy but this really isn't good enough!! Just to update, my mum went in with a cut leg, she died in the ward 2 weeks later!! I got a call at 9.06am asking if I wanted to see mum one last time to get there ASAP, I couldn't get there, I later learned through medical notes that mum had actually died at 9am!! Work that out!!
