CHI Construction

In our many years of building experience CHI Construction have been without doubt the best construction firm we have engaged to work for us. We have had some very tricky technical issues with this latest project, none of which phased CHI Construction who swiftly brought solutions to the table, which were not only ingenious but well within the budget set. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody considering undertaking building works of any sort. It would be extremely unwise for anybody not to ask CHI Construction to quote for any project they are considering no matter the size.

Well what can we say apart from Brilliant! Sean and his team constructed a large extension to our existing house and from start to finish did a great job. From the start sean was thorough with the quote detailing all stages and cost, the time frame was spot on and met and the costing was accurate. I would without a doubt HIGHLY recommend this company to do any building work and will certainly use them again should the arise. Thank you Sean and your Team.

Sean and his team made an excellent job of our extension, dry stone wall/steps and decking. Thoroughly recommend and we will not hesitate to use in the future.

I would not recommend these people under any circumstances! They constructed the building without air bricks (as any proper builder would have), this caused a problem with the building, and then they charged me for having them put in afterwards. The team also demolished plants, plant pots and containers during the works and when I asked about this I was told 'well you have to expect some of this'. Totally unsatisfactory!
