        I cannot praise Dale highly enough! From my first call, not having a clue what I was looking for, to the out of hours phone call on a Saturday morning to say that DPD definitely had parcel for delivery that day. Great service, this company is exemplary. Great product too, I now have a nice toasty new floor. Thank you Dale.
