Had the pleasure of going to The Hair Lounge today. Had my hair done by Caitlin and I have to say what a treat, the colour and cut was amazing. But my most favourite part was having my hair washed, the way Caitlin massaged the shampoo then conditioner in was so relaxing I was almost asleep, had to shake myself awake, then something else was put on my hair and again she massaged it in but spent a long time with her fingertips just doing some kind of trickery massage, I was in heaven and I actually think I had one of them micro sleeps. Would totally recommend Caitlin for the fantastic colour and cut and more so for the lovely head massage I also just want to add, the salon is super clean, they serve coffee and tea on a little tray with a biscuit, little glass bottle of milk and a vase with a lovely flower, I was so pleasantly shocked by this as it was a very lovely touch. During my time there, 6 older ladies had their hair washed and blow dried and the owner and staff were absolutely brilliant with them, looking after them like they were their own Mum's, I even spotted the owner put a little old ladies scarf on the heater to warm up just before she was about to leave which was so lovely. What a lovely hairdressers very welcoming and knowledgeable and Terrie did her very best to correct an awful haircut from another salon. I have found my new hairdressers.

The hair lounge is amazing from the consultation I had with Terri , the professional feedback before my perm to the day of the perm. What can i say! I've been having perms for 30 years as I'm 44. This is the best perm I've had in years since leaving my wonderful hairdresser back in Birmingham! Terri did a great , cut! Lisa and Vicki were amazing with my perm too! It's a soft manageable beautiful perm . I feel great!! The cleanliness, protection you get in this Hairdressers is amazing too, everything is sanitised thoroughly and you feel 100% safe...with all the screens around you and constant cleaning. Thank you very much for all your effort ladies!! I feel like I have beautiful hair again. . See you soon for a lovely colour. Miranda. Service: Curly hair
