Genisis Health Suite

Don't bother, this Gym is one of the worst in paignton. The sauna is broken the steam room is never cleaned and has no drainage. The staff don't care about your belongings. Really grotty.

(oops! Posted this through the wrong account - should have been my private one!) Utterly brilliant! I was gifted a silver spa day which I used recently, and I was looked after beautifully from start to finish. The lady on reception helped me sort out the car, then showed me to my table in the restaurant and explained how they day would work. I was served tea and delicious biscuits while I relaxed and read my book, and then pre-ordered lunch (ribeye steak! Yummy!) Then I wondered on down for a swim and a sauna, then a bit of reading by the pool until it was time for my treatment. The lady doing my massage was magnificent, even though I have an off-putting tendency to giggle during massages! She really gave my poor old muscles a good pummelling, which has done me the world of good. Once that was over (sadly too soon, although she was working on me for an hour!) it was back to the restaurant for my delicious lunch. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the waiting staff were outstanding - attentive, but not intrusive. I was secretly entertained by the conversation happening on the table next to me - some ladies who REALLY don't like Megan Markle :) - and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Finally back down to the pool for a post-lunch read and a bit of a swim, and a steam to finish off. I was loathe to leave, but sadly had to, but will be recommending Genisis to anyone and everyone who will listen. Thanks for making my birthday present such an excellent one!
