        Happy welcoming staff. Very good advise and assistance with whatever you need. Be it weight loss, muscle build our just to keep fit. These guys have a great attitude. This is a great place for personal training and body positivity. Not like other gyms. Highly recommend

        Full nautilus, hammer strength and cybex equipment. Dumbbells go up to 68kg what more can you want to for a gym best in the bay
