The Morley Guesthouse

The Morley is located a 15 minute walk from the seafront. Brilliantly located to get to Paignton, Brixham etc - we even travelled 50 minutes to Plymouth! The local surroundings are lovely, with plenty to do and see. We ate at Twenty1, the local Greene King pub, and of course ate some fish and chips in Paignton. We also visited the Aztec Spa, which was a 4 minute walk away from the Guest House. It's also located just 10 minutes drive from the local Asda, so we had no trouble picking up some snacks/drinks for the day. Our room was lovely and light, with a mini-fridge and hairdryer in the room. There was also an iron and ironing board on the landing to be used by the guests. We ordered breakfast via an online form for the next morning, which was really useful. Breakfast was lovely, home-made and comforting. The hosts were always willing to bring you an extra slice of toast or sauces etc. The B&B owners' dog, George, is always a highlight of our trip. The Morley never disappoints, with lovely, welcoming hosts who have good knowledge of the local area and are always on hand to offer suggestions for places to visit. The Morley really does feel like our home away from home!

Completely faultless! We stayed in the new on suite room on the ground floor over the Easter weekend. This is our 3rd visit to The Morley Holiday Let. We never normally go back to the same place, It was perfect from start to finish. Dawn and Lee were very helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived with a warm welcome. The room was out of this world beautifully decorated and spotless, The room has a lovely make up area to get ready and a nice big shower. The room is very spacious the bed is massive and very comfy! Both Dawn and Lee have made it look beautiful. I cant wait to come back to see the new area you are adding to to it! Thanks for being such great host!

The Morley is a fantastic B&B. During our recent stay Dawn and Lee went above and beyond to make sure they we enjoyed our stay with them. The rooms were lovely, the breakfast was outstanding and the location was very convenient to both the sites of Torquay and the trainstations. We would definitely stay here again.
