Vernon was such a lovely guy couldn't do enough for us , he really is a genuine and nothing was too much trouble. This stay literally had EVERYTHING from dvds for kids , computer games , sky t.v ,towels all lotions and potions ,even boxes full of toys and games , I was gutted I had taken everything I needed as I would have had more room for clothes, I have never been or stayed in a hotel like it, it was just like going to visit family, homely is the best way to put it, shared kitchen but who cooks when there on holiday, plenty of tea and coffee available with oat milk, soy milk semi skimmed, also juices there was fruit , choc, cereal all available as and when Rooms are spacious and very welcoming , also bright an clean, this genuinely is a home from.home, as soon as I met Vernon I felt at home, he showed us around the ballet school the girls loved it and looking at the dance costumes. he is a top guy and doing a good job. We will definatley be back to.visit SOON. So thank you so much for a lovely stay only thing I regret was not booking longer
