Attentative hosts Vicky and Leigh. Spotlessly clean room and a great en-suite shower/bathroom that was spacious. Fantastic cooked english breakfast with extras, the breakfast menu caters for all dietary needs. Location is superb, only 30 yards from the main Paignton drag and the price is unbeatable! all of this at the price offered deserves a 10/10 rating.

Spent a weekend here and absolutely loved it. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless and have everything that you would possibly need even hair straighteners. The little touches like a range of teas and coffees, high quality soap/body wash and reliable wifi is great. Breakfast was amazing, so many different options to choose from and they cater for all needs even if you have an intolerance. You can tell they source some of the best quality ingredients and take pride in delivering yummy food. There is also such a nice addition with drinks available 24/7 as long as you feed the piggy bank (honesty bar). Vicky and Leigh are perfect hosts. They make sure that you have every thing you need and are very welcoming. The B and B is in such a fantastic location with the beach only being a 2 minute walk and everything on your doorstep.
