        Good location, within walking distance to town and pier. Comfortable beds, and had necessary things for our stay. Cheap and cheerful. We had cookies left in our room from host which was a lovely surprise and also was provided with tea and coffee, shower gel and hand wash which was also nice compliments. There was no curfew time we came and went as we pleased. We had our en suite bathroom which was small but sufficient. The rooms were on the small side but were equipped with a fan which was a god send as they got very hot. Downside was no oven and our toes were touching the end of the bed. No parking and tv was high up so it was very dark when watching tv but nothing major. Thought from photos and description we had a patio but we didnt it was as you walk into the property. Overall good value for money and we would recommend and stay again in the future.
