A totally disorganised and impassive branch. I have been assigned over 4 different work coaches in the past year without any prior notice. Have had to repeat myself and repeat upsetting, private information over and over again to strangers. An intrusive and impersonal experience. My current work coach, Adam, has demonstrated that he's not listening to me. When talking about suitable job roles, I told him that I was pregnant so therefore didn't want a job predominantly on my feet......he suggested I work as a waitress. He then ignored my request when I asked to speak to a manager. I was VERY upset after my first experience of meeting him and now he continues to bully me about my circumstances. Very unprofessional. No respect or sensitivity for people in vulnerable situations.

Need to get some training in customer service!!! Came in with a special needs yr 11 class just to pop into show them different ways of how to get jobs & we had 3 women & security guards asking aggressively why were we here? Did we make an appointment? Where were we from? Then virtually ushered out by security. Im sure a different approach would have been better!! With a politer manner, must make people who are already feeling anxious & worried about having no job, down, No wonder they need security!!!

Lovely work coach but asking people to come in during a storm (Eunice) with severe weather warnings and high winds seems absolutely crazy for an appointment that can be done over the phone
