John Cleese has left Faulty Towers and is now working for Riviera gift shop, the person running this shop is so rude to his customers he swears at them and is very aggressive towards them he came right in my face and was very threatening towards me that I had to point out to him that if he laid one finger on me I would call the police he then started yelling get out of my shop along with the Fing and Jefing towards me. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS AWFUL EXCUSE FOR A MAN.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS....... How vile and rude the man is behind the counter disrespectful disgusting very expensive as well don't know why he's still working here seeing all the reviews was only telling my children not to spend money on the first thing they see and he made a laugh and gave evil looks to us and shouted bye to get out of his shop retire you horrible horrible little man little man syndrome springs to mind

The man in the shop behind the counter his behaviour is disgraceful. I observed him verbally abusing his own customers. I could see it was about something they purchased and the language coming out of the man's mouth was vile. I normally pick up a few bits from this shop when visiting Paignton but not anymore.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a grown man! The man who works behind the counter really should retire he clearly hates his job. His very lucky he hasnt been punched in the face for the disgraceful way he talks to his customers. Tried to take back things we had purchased after we hd paid n told us to get out his shop all because my husband made a comment to me about paying for a bag. He snatched the bag back and told us no bag to carry the stuff we had purchased n told us to get out his shop! Then tired to take the stuff we had already paid for before realising we had paid. Nasty nasty arrogant man and from looking at other reviews and speaking to other shops along the way about his attitude it seems its a common thing. Just retire and put urself out ur misery u bitter old boot

Just had the ugly experience of this discussiting rude man! Wish I had never entered his shop. Purchased 3 pkts of cornsh biscuits. Less than half hour later returned with said biscuits as they tasted off and had a sour taste., only to get abuse and to be told not refunding as they are in date he wouldn't even refund the 2 packets that hadn't even been opened. He said put them in the bin said complain to trading standards, I don't have to refund you and his attitude was so awful and just so rude. Avoid like the plague. Even one star is one to many
