Well what can I say about this so called shop who seems to lack a customer service and how to speak with customers.brought a backpack for my daughter yesterday for school but her mum also brought a backpack from another shop, the next day I decided to take the backpack back to the shop for a refund and explained to what i believe was the owners who said nothing else but to choose something else from the shop to which I replied is there no refund process and was told no choose something else from shop .I just left the shop in the end .this shop needs to try and pay attention to its customers if any as business doesnt seem to be that good as it seems I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with this so called shop . Maybe a sign showing no refunds could be shown in the shop so that Customers know where they stand with the purchase Due to not being given a refund I donated the backpack to a local charity who as always are grateful....

Great shop. Love the baby clothes in here. They DO offer refunds on faulty goods! By law you dont have to offer a refund unless the item is faulty. Theres loads of shops that wont issue a full refund if there is nothing wrong with the product and instead give you a credit note to spend in store, or they offer an exchange for the same value. I know Ive had this myself in New look. So it doesnt deserve a 1 star from previous review. When even high street shops abide by the same rules. They are well within their rights. The shop has thousands of items, which you could of exchanged for something else.

Went in to browse as me and a friend were on a day out. Started off fine . My friend was showing me something she had picked up and was considering buying but decided against it and put it back . We continued to browse when the gentleman who works there / owns the shop said ' are you buying this' . We turned around to find he had the exact item my friend was looking at. The way he spoke was not only rude but it goes to show he was paying incredibly close attention to us (like we weren't trusted) , if he knew exactly what my friend picked up. We were only browsing like any shopper so to feel like we weren't being trusted was horrible . Won't be ever stepping foot in there again.
