        I have bought a few pieces from this shop over the last few years and have found the owner to be friendly and helpful. I have just bought a couple of pieces last weekend and intend to go back a buy another ornament.

        Excellent customer service. We discovered our lovely candle we had bought had a crack in it once we got back from our holiday and the owner was kind enough to replace it.

        Purchased items as gifts then decided one item would not be suitable. Asked to return it and the man was very unpleasant and refused a refund. Small policy sign out of eyeline. Feel than they only after your money do not care about the customer. Would not buy anything from their shop again.
