Phoned up back in January and got a reply same day with advice what shower to look for and buy. I dragged my heels but finally called them back in May after purchasing my shower!, again instant response and booked in the next day for a shower installation. Fantastic service, prompt and all installed. Left the area clean by boxing up all the rubbish in to the old shower box. Highly recommend based on the last 2 communication and work carried out. If I could give a zero star rating I would. I rang this business for a quote and explained the various home improvements I wanted. I was told someone would phone back. No one did. Rang again 3 days later. Again told someone would phone back. They haven't and that's 3 weeks ago now. Guess they're not interested in a job that's probably worth around 15k. Update 24/06/21 - this company has now rung me back but I won't be using them as I've got the work booked in with someone else.
