Having used Katie and Rob to take care of my Sister and arrange her cremation service, I cannot praise them enough.... nothing was too much trouble for them, and their professionalism is second to none. From a personal point of view, I found them to be very supportive when I was struggling, and I will forever be grateful to them for the amazing send-off my Sister received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Absolutely amazing! Couldn't ask for better funeral directors, very warm and friendly, was made to feel very comfortable and they always went that extra mile, I knew my husband was in safe hands. I will always remember how special and unique Seans coffin was. From the bottom of my heart Thank You.

My daughter wanted to use Katie mills for my husbands funeral after looking at the web site. We were not disappointed Katie and team were kind respectful and dignified throughout. Her recommendation to use Brian as a celebrant was a great choice Brian brought humour and dignity to the service and everyone said it was a lovely service and showed John as he truly was. I would like to sincerely thank Katie and her team for the dedicated care of Nigel Butler on behalf of myself and all of his family. In particularly the care they showed my grieving mother who took great comfort in your kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend Katie Mills Independent Funeral Services for their professionalism but also because they are very approachable and caring. The funeral was conducted by the celebrant Brian Jarvis who was recommended by Katie Mills and he held a brilliant service with great aplomb and empathy.
