At the outset I specified that we wanted a simple but dignified crematorium service. Throughout the entire process Tyrone Savill and his team were totally professional and compassionate. Everything was done according to my wishes and I was kept informed at each stage, so that I and my family were more than satisfied with the care with which we were treated during this difficult time.
