Imagine. I discovered that it was my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary yesterday. We live in London and they live in Torquay At 4.30 we called Melanie on the off chance that she would still be open and local enough to deliver the same day. She was expecting a late delivery of stock and said that she could deliver but not until early evening- perfect. We agreed on a suitable bouquet and asked if she stocked Prosecco- she didn't but said she could pop into a shop on the way there!! She even called me back as they did not get a response when delivering the flowers - all ok in the end. My in- laws were absolutely delighted with the flowers and imaginative foliage used too. Thank you, Melanie, for going the extra mile and bringing delight and joy. Peter & Sarah

As a regular customer of Melanie's for over 20 years I have NEVER experienced any problems whatsoever. She has done weddings for many friends and family and many occasional as well as funeral flowers. Best in the area I guarantee it. 100% satisfied every time
