Excellent job doing a rewire on an old 1930's house. Ian was professional courteous and always cleaned up after himself was a pleasure having him around for a couple of days.

Ian surveyed a job for my builder, and sent down a primate plumber to undertake the work. When he did show up it would generally be a day late at 3 in the afternoon pace up and down mumble and leave again. Eventually we managed to get him to fit some pipe work which despite having printed sheets with details and dimensions of radiators, toilet, and sink he still managed to get 2 out 3 things wrong. He couldn't fix membrane to a bathroom floor despite having the instructions in front of him, he doesn't fit noggins for 60kg radiators as we discovered when a real plumber turned up to do the work. Ian through all of this never failed to be anything but uncooperative, unhelpful, and unseen (never saw him on site again), and that's if you could get him on the phone which could take a day or two. Delays and inconvenience are the gifts that will keep on giving when you deal with this guy.
