        The Patient is seemingly at the bottom of the pile since Covid, when they realised that that dont need to see you! Since then, by making it very difficult to get appointments to actually see a GP, then try to diagnose you over the phone? Also waiting on the phone for anything is a joke & the jokes on us, the people!

        Shocking surgery, starting to wonder if theres actually any doctors at this surgery or if its just a call centre, phoned twice recently once for chest pain managed to get a call back the next day and was told see how it goes and call back in two weeks if its not any better, phoned last week for another issue and was told the doctor will call me in 15 days time, what use is that? Unfortunately this is why A&E is so busy because of this terrible service!!

        The absolute best GP I have ever encountered ,thorough and caring ,listens and calls when he says he will. Tries his absolute best with appointments and is just generally fab ! The pharmacy has always been fab and continues to be so . THANK YOU .

        Im new there as moved closer to the area. Rang straight away answer straight away too. Lovely staff there. Midwife staff are lovely too.
