Very impressed with the surgery so far. We only joined the practice last week as new to the area. Due to concerns about my elderly mothers health she was offered a same day appointment and seen by a lovely GP who was very knowledgeable and sensitive to my mothers needs. Thank you.

If i could give this surgery 0 stars i would its absolutely shocking the way it is now. Waiting from 8am over an hour n half to get through to be told there is only emergency appointments ive been very ill since nov last year and only managed to get to see an actaul dr twice in that space of time. The receptionists most of them are rude and think they know better than u. We should be able to get an appointment without having a callback first u cannot diagnose someone over the phone. I have been with this surgery since i was a baby and it was fantastic until they teamed up with pembroke in paignton

I share the view of most others. A very frustrating system of being stuck in a queue just for an appointment or even just to get a phone call from the doctor. Quite ridiculous. Being run as a business it would fail, but people are ss desperate

Can never get face to face appointment and more often than not they fail to call for phone appointments which can only be booked first thing in the morning or you have to try the next day. Just appalling. Despite being visually impaired they still tell me to use online services. Seems face to face is a thing of the past. Time to swap GPs

The surgery "overlooked" telling my husband he had Type 2 Diabetes for 6 months. This is just one of a catalogue of errors made by this less than satisfactory surgery where the reception staff are rude and the doctors don't appear to care less. Our family are seeking another practice immediately. I'm giving them one star just because the nurses there are friendly.
