    Saturday appointment allegedly organised by Compass House Surgeries had not been passed on to Pembroke House. However Pembroke House went the extra mile for us and slotted us in to see a doctor despite being fully booked. So grateful. An example to all GP surgeries as to how to treat your patients.

    A hundred times more effective now that the new system is up and running. Had lots of problems trying to access help in the not too distant past but now so much better. Thank you.

    Never had any issues with this GP surgery and I've been with them for years. I've done numerous e consults and I always get a call back very quickly. Keep up the good work, you're doing a great job and I appreciate you!

    VERY INADEQUATE SERVICE.. For the 4th time this month I've spent over 1h30m trying to get through to a doctor concerning my 16 month old daughter. 3 previous times we've been sent to the 'covid hub' because she has a temperature... And 3 times she's not had COVID and been fob off with anitbiotics and sent packing without any sort of proper examination or stats taken... So this morning we try calling for the 4th time.... Again, another 1h30m spent on the phone only to be told you can NO LONGER MAKE APPOINTMENTS over the phone. And to use the online service.... Surely this could have been said on an automated message??? Saved myself 1h30m and got online to look at this new booking system.... So no I have consern about how my elderly grandparents are going to be able to make an appointment? They have no idea how the internet works. And do we really need and a pack of receptionist answering the phones now? Maybe time to get rid and use the money in areas of the NHS that need it.... Like the a and e departments that are busting at the seams because people are now opting to visit the a and e to been seen by a real doctor. Time to look for a new doctor I think
