My Husband has had several severe mental health crisis over the last few months, it has been very very difficult for us both, but I have to say the receptionists and the liason psychiatrist team went above and beyond to help my husband, they were very attentive, understanding and caring about the situation even making sure I was OK when they are primarily there to help my husband which I appreciated very much, special huge thanks to Dr Cant he along with everyone else have absolutely been invaluable to both me and my husband during this very difficult time, I honestly cannot thank everyone enough I will never forget what they have all done for us and I have full faith in them and trust them completely when it comes to providing my husband with the best mental health care we could wish for your truly wonderful people each and everyone of you, again THANK YOU Dr Cant, Liason Psychiatry Team and to all the receptionists I spoke to who helped along the way im truly grateful.

Beyond contempt, Ive been waiting almost 3 years for psychological therapy and Im still waiting. Ive had several mental health crises but when I call I get told duty worker will call me back and they dont respond, even paramedics have requested urgent help from Chadwell and still no response. I have a care coordinator who doesnt listen to the specific help Im asking for and what Ive found with these people is they think because theyve read a few text books they know how to treat you and their process is very linear and by the book. If you want to be listened to and treated with compassion and as an individual unique human being then avoid Chadwell clinic at all costs.

1-2 year minimum waiting time which they refuse to tell you.

Been waiting for weeks now and have called time and time again still nothing? These people are supposed to help with mental health not create a mental health issue. Feel like I've just been forgotten about. I hope you guys read your reviews and act on them accordingly.
