        Called and left message to cancel appointment for my autistic son who was in complete meltdown about attending despite being in a lot of pain and with half a tooth missing. Got a call back to say we shouldnt have booked if its not an emergency and that we wont be able to attend again! Absolutely horrific way to behave and treat a child.
