I've always had a fear of the dentist and my old dentist would take the mick knowing full well I suffered with depression and anxiety and was extremely scared of dentist and really just wasn't nice which made me hate going. I've got a new dentist now he's called Mr yashar azimi, Wow he's made me feel so at ease, I would say my fear has gone but only with him, he makes you feel very comfortable, at ease, patience, can have a laugh but very calming aswell, no pain neither I couldn't say enough good things about Mr azimi and the lady with him is also lovely and very friendly too both of them make a good team. Thank you again Mr azimi you really have helped me. my only regret is I didn't have him sooner.

Highly recommend I visited today for an extraction on my wisdom tooth with dr Vadym from start to finish he reassured me and talked me through the procedure fantastic service

I was seen by a dentist who was covering for a hygienist. He was constantly making inappropriate jokes and being cruel about my plaque. He kept scraping and showing me. It was humiliating. I wrote a letter of complaint and hand delivered it to the practice in June 2022 and I never heard back. Im afraid to go back in case Im seen by the same person. I have complained through the website so hoping they come back to me this time and will track down my letter as I wrote his name and more details of what he was like. Update from me on 04/04/2023. So, after my feedback and complaint, it was the dentist who i complained about who was allowed to reply directly to me and tell me that he was only doing his job. No mention of why William was so rude or how I was made to feel humiliated. He was so unprofessional, constantly joking and making constant belittling comments, and after my complaint not being taken seriously, he can get to reply to me directly. Unbelievable! I will never got back. My family wont use them either.
