Elmsleigh Park Dental Practice

I struggle to go to a dentist as very nervous, I've had to go under anaesthetic due to being scared before unfortunately my filling broke and fell out last night leaving a very big hole . I plucked up tge courage and I called the line to ask if I could get a dentist to be told this dentist would be able to help and the receptionist would call me soon which is what they did. I arrived at the appointment, I was called through, my tooth was xrayed ,the dentist then went on to tell me that there is no infection so because my face wasn't swollen or I'm not in agonising pain I couldn't have the treatment. I would have to go to my dentist to which I told him I don't have one and its a three year waiting. He shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do, I said so if I do go into pain what am I supposed to do he told me ring the line I had called in the morning and they would get me somewhere, I was very shocked to hear this and was thinking to myself could you imagine if I did this to my patients in A&E. I left the room and went to the reception the girls were lovely she gave me some info to try and help. I would like to say it took alot for me to go there as I've had a bad experience in the past now my faith has completely gone again .

I needed to see a dentist when on holiday. Was seen the same day. I saw the female dentist and she was absolutely fantastic and did a great job. Highly recommend
