Please do not use this dentist. Apart from being massively over priced I called the practice this morning only to be met with the receptionist David being rude to me. Telling me that I had missed an appointment. They cancelled on me the first time round then they rebooked me with someone else. I went to that appointment but after some confusion it was agreed they would contact me with another appointment. For this I paid approx 50. Now I am told I missed the appointment so I have lost said 50. I had no knowledge of this appointment. No texts which I usually get or any contact at all. I think David caught the frustration in my voice so then he turns it up a notch and argues with me when I am trying to explain I had no knowledge. If I were you Id go somewhere else. Very rude. In anticipation of MyDentist responding to this, I kept my calm, I tried to talk but I was met with a bitter man who thinks he can speak to people how he wants. You just took my money and I have no come back whatsoever. Next time you steal from someone wear a balaclava

Terrible service and bedside manner. I made a complaint and gave feedback about the hygienist Laura Bryson, and her assistant Sarah and their poor attitude. I was then told by the Practice Manager that they were just doing their job. So I was disappointed, and then left wanting because my complaint wasnt taken seriously. Its nothing personal but Im doing this in the hope of getting better customer care.

Daniel and Sarah did a fantastic job with the kids put them at ease after not having a dentist for a number of years and also with my 3 fillings no anesthetic no pain at all thanks so much keep up the good work
